  I’ve had some issues with this location... I went there one time and it was a little bit busy. The customer service rep took down my name and she said it would be about a 45 minute wait... no problem. I was there for over TWO HOURS and NO ONE came to help me. So I got up and left. When I went outside, I saw maybe 3 employees smoking a cigarette. I walked past them and said something along the lines of, “y’all smoke more cigarettes than you do assist customers”. One person looked at me like I’m stupid. Then I said “I hope y’all heard me”, then got in my car and left.
