I had to call and arraing a carpet cleani g company to come the next day. If i didnt it would have been four days till it was cleaned. It then took two weeks for the new part to come into finish the job. Bu that time i no longer wanted any other services from this company and when i make this clear i was treated very rudely by upper management.
