  I just had a washing machine delivered to my house today and it had three deep cuts from a box cutter across the top of it. I didn't notice the cuts in the top until after removing the labels that were also cut through. I contacted the Home Depot and they refuse to remedy the situation. The lady that I talked to (Makayla) refused to let me talk to her boss. I was told Samsung has to take care of it. I contacted Samsung who said that they could send a service tech to fix it but cosmetic damage is not covered under the warranty and I would have to pay for it. This is ridiculous! I should not be responsible for paying to fix my appliance that was damaged by a Home Depot employee. I will never purchase anything from Home Depot again!
